The KOVA GLOBAL Client Portal gives you a single, secure place to upload plans, receive quotes, approve work, pay your advance and track production all the way to site delivery.

How it works

Seven simple steps from plan to delivery

Create your account

Visit the Portal and sign up with your name, company and email. New accounts default to a Client role — no approval required to get started.

Start a new order & upload plans

Click 'New Order', enter the project name, site location and service type, then attach your plans (PDF, DWG, DXF, ZIP, JPG or PNG — up to 100MB each). Our estimating team is notified instantly.

Receive your quote

KOVA reviews your drawings and issues a detailed quote inside the portal. You'll get an email when it's ready — line items, GST and total are all visible online.

Approve online

Review the quote in your dashboard and click Approve. We're notified immediately and the project moves to the next stage. No printing or scanning needed.

Pay the deposit

Once approved, your deposit invoice is issued. Pay via bank transfer using the reference provided; we record the payment against your order and your balance updates automatically.

Production updates

Track your order as it moves through In Production and Ready for Delivery. Compliance certificates, invoices and dockets are uploaded against each stage.

Delivery scheduled

Your project manager sets a confirmed delivery date. You receive an email and can see the date on your dashboard at any time.
